The first time that you run Mitel Connect, you need to configure a few settings. You can make Connect save those settings so it will automatically logon in the future.

1 > Find the Mitel Connect icon

Click your Start button. Then:

  • If you use a server like "Raybrook", click All Programs, then scroll down and click the Shoretel folder.

  • If you use a VDI, scroll down in the Program list on the left then click the Shoretel folder.

The Mitel Connect icon is in the Shoretel folder. Click that icon.

2 >> Show Advanced Settings

Wa uh, don' do it! Do not enter your Email or username.

Instead, click on the Show advanced link.

3 >>> Tell Mitel Who You Are

Now you get to declare who you are!

First check the box called Use Windows Credentials.

Then type Mitel in the box labeled Server.

Finally - important - click the Remember Me box.

Click the Login button.

4 >>>> Login Then Enable Automatic Launch.

At the top, click the down arrowhead next to the Connect logo.

On the menu that drops down, click the Settings ... item.

Click the box called Automatically Launch Mitel Connect When Starting the computer. See screen shot below.

You are now set. Mitel Connect will remember your logon ID and the server, and start automatically when you logon.
