You are able to view your open tickets, ticket responses, and ticket status in Fresh Service.

Note:  You must be signed into Fresh Service to view your ticket details.


How to View Your Open or Pending Tickets

  1. At the Fresh Service Home page, select the Your Tickets button to view your tickets.



  2. You will see a list of your current Open or Pending tickets and their current status (to view Closed Tickets, please see the bottom of this page).

  3. To view a ticket's details, click on the name of the ticket.  In the ticket details, you can see additional options such as:
    • Reply:  The ability to add more information or notes to the existing ticket.
    • Mark Ticket as Closed:  The ability to close an open ticket in the case that you resolved your own issue and no longer need assistance.
    • Add People:  The ability to add additional users to a ticket who may be involved.


How to View Your Resolved or Closed Tickets

  1. At the Fresh Service Home page, select the Your Tickets button to view your tickets.
  2. You will see a list of your current Open or Pending tickets and their current status.  Select the Drop-Down arrow next to Open or Pending tickets and switch to Resolved or Closed.
