There are two types of tickets to create:
- Choose a specific ticket type called a Service Category;
- an Undefined Problem which is the general purpose ticket.
Both are found under the Service Category items.
Note: You must be signed into Fresh Service to submit a ticket.
If you cannot find a specific Service Category that works for you then use the Undefined Problem service item (See Method 2 Below).
The Undefined Problem is your catch-all general purpose ticket. Please attempt to find a Service Category before using an Undefined Problem.
Method 1 - Create a Service Request (If the specific request or ticket is not available, see Method 2)
To create a request or ticket from a list of available options.
- At the Fresh Service Home page, select the Create a Ticket button to open our Service Catalog.
- Once in the Service Catalog, select your request type from the available items. Note that it is very easy to search for a specific ticket type as shown below.
-
- Enter the required details for your request. Items marked with * are a required field.
- Once you have completed the form, select the Place Request button on the top-right of the page.
Method 2 - Undefined Problem. This is the general purpose ticket.
To create a request or ticket that isn't available as an option in the Service Catalog.
- Following the same steps above, select New Ticket to enter the Service Catalog.
-
At the bottom of the list, select the Undefined Problem option:
- Enter the required details for your request. Items marked with * are a required field. You may also attach files such as screenshots here.
- Once you have completed the form, select the Submit button at the bottom of the form.
