In the case of emergencies, Aurora Keyscan administrators can access the web interface and lock doors.
- Navigate to https://aurorakeyscan.christianlivingservices.org and log in (you must have an Aurora Keyscan account).
- On the main page, place your mouse over the Status option and select Door Status (Sample 1 below):
- In the Door Status window, select the site the door is located and select the Access Control Unit the door is on (Sample 2 below):
Note: If you are not sure what Access Control Unit the door is on, you may need to select one and view the list of door names. If you do not find it, move on to the next ACU in the list until you are able to locate the door.
- Once you find the door you'd like to Lock, Right-Click on it and select Lock (Sample 3 below):
Note: Doors that are Unlocked are in Green while doors that are already locked are in Red.
At this point, the door should now be locked. If the door is on a schedule, the door will revert to it's schedule on the next change.
