If you encounter an error message while attempting to print, as described below, you might need to remove the printer and then reinstall it.

- Out of Paper
Right Click on Start Menu, Select Settings
Select Devices
Select ‘Printers & Scanners’
Select Printer, then Select ‘Remove device’
Select ‘Add a printer or scanner’
Select drop down menu
Select ‘Work or school printer & scanner’
Enter keyword for printer
Select Printer, then select ‘Add device’
Wait for the device to say “Ready”
