Note: Saving a File from MatrixCare LPC Requires the LPC Cloud Client to be locally installed on the machine. You cannot save a file from the web brower version.
- Log into LPC Cloud Client with your account (the web browser version cannot save or print).
- Navigate to the file you'd like to save and open it.
- With the file open, select the File option and select Save As.
- Select This PC from the left-side menu in Windows Explorer to expand it.
- Select the drive you'd like to save to (it is easiest to go by drive letter here).
The drive path will look similar to \\<computer name or computer serial number>\<drive letter>\ . For example: \\MXL1234\G\ - Wait for the folder to load files and for the Save option to be available
(Because we are redirecting from the cloud server, it can take a while for the folder to load. If you need to save to a location with a lot of files, we'd recommend saving to a different spot first, then moving the file afterwards). - Once Save is available, enter the name you'd like to give the file and select Save.
