Note:  Saving a File from MatrixCare LPC Requires the LPC Cloud Client to be locally installed on the machine.  You cannot save a file from the web brower version.


  1. Log into LPC Cloud Client with your account (the web browser version cannot save or print).
  2. Navigate to the file you'd like to save and open it.
  3. With the file open, select the File option and select Save As.
  4. Select This PC from the left-side menu in Windows Explorer to expand it.
  5. Select the drive you'd like to save to (it is easiest to go by drive letter here).
    The drive path will look similar to \\<computer name or computer serial number>\<drive letter>\ .  For example:  \\MXL1234\G\
  6. Wait for the folder to load files and for the Save option to be available
    (Because we are redirecting from the cloud server, it can take a while for the folder to load.  If you need to save to a location with a lot of files, we'd recommend saving to a different spot first, then moving the file afterwards).  
  7. Once Save is available, enter the name you'd like to give the file and select Save.
