Passwords no longer expire on a regular basis. If you would like to change your password, change it immediately using these instructions.


Go to mycls.org in your browser.


  • Tap on the "hamburger" menu at the top-right of the screen.


  • Tap on "CLS Applications" and then "RD Connect".


  • Tap on "Change Password"


  • On the Password Reset screen, type in the information requested.


Note: You will need to type in the domain "cls\" before you type in your username. See the illustration below for more details. If the Help Desk has reset your password for you, your "Current Password" will be the password provided by the Help Desk.


Note: Your new password must contain at least one upper-case, one lower-case, one number, and be at least 15 characters long. Your password cannot contain your personal information such as your first or last name, your username, etc. Your password cannot have been used at any point in the past.
